Hello,

Is anyone aware of an evaporator drain that can get plugged? After heavy rain, there is a stream of water that comes down into the passenger side floorboard, directly from between the firewall and the heater case.

I was able to duplicate it by also hosing down the cowl area through the perforated area near the wipers. Not so much just the base of the windshield, so I'm not suspecting a seal failure between the glass and the cab, at least not now.

I appreciate your help.

I forgot to mention my blower only works on high, I've been meaning to replace the resistor pack. The water could have taken it out now that I think of it I'll pull the blower motor at the same time to get a visual on where the water is coming in and how it is exiting.
