I have not yet ordered the fsm for this truck!
I would like to pull out the ford radio/cassette and install another unit!
Anyone able to tell me how it comes out?
The stereo shop claims it just pulls out!
Mine seems anchored purty good.
Thanx in advance cb

You will notice two small holes on each side of radio face plate, You need to buy (or make) the removal tool.http://www.ebay.com/itm/FORD-F150-F250-Lincoln-Navigator-RADIO-REMOVAL-TOOLS-/291194371420?hash=item43cc897d5c&item=291194371420&pt=Motors_Automotive_Tools&vxp=mtr The ends of the tools are inserted into the holes in the radio faceplate and then you move them "outward" (spread apart) to compress the spring flanges that hold the radio in place. While holding the tools "outward", then just pull gently on the radio and it comes right out. Any auto parts place will have these tools.
