I got a 93 f250 ext cab 4x4 for $400, it was about to become scrap. It had no motor or tranny but had a 7.3 idit/ zf5 last. got a 6.9 for $100 that had sat for 4-5 years. got a t19 an t-case for $250. I have replace the injector cap, instaled a e8153 lift pump, new starter and 12in clutch. I got a hydro-boost off a 99 f250 sd $20 an ps pump+ lines off a 97 gmc $25. off a 01 f350 I got a gtp38 and intercooler for $50. I am running 60g gp's and moded the 6.9 harness to drop off the drivers side. I have it as a running n/a for now, few more thing are needed to be completed befor it is road worthy. I did notice that i got a miss matched set of 1 ton dually spring on the rear, 12 leafs driver an 10 pass side

if I swap to the front leaf from a 02 f350, how much lift will that give me. I need to lift the front 4-5 in to level it out, I am going to get drop centers for now. another thought I got is to get that d60, an swap it to 8x6.5

Welcome to the OB.
Looks like you got a little work on your hands, but what the heck, when you get er all together you'll know every nut and bolt on it. For less than a $1000 with a little body work it'll look and run great. Keep at it, and you'll be proud of it. Congrats. Lots of info on here, don't be afraid to ask questions. Suggest you read the Hall Of Shame and FAQ. There is a parts bin in the IDI tech articles.

If ya need a fuel return kit I have one for $30 shipped, just PM me.

This is what my truck was when I brought it home after we pushed it on the trailer with a tractor...

There is something to be said for resurrecting a truck. My wife tells me I am not allowed to sell it and none of my friends want me to either. It has gone from a junkyard reject to a family member.

Enjoy reviving your truck man. Its worth all the work and frustration along the way!

thanks for the inspiration, the reson i want to go with the fuller is... zf5 is 470lb-ft vs fs-6*06 600ib-ft, fs-8*066 800lb-ft is rated. I also get a lower gear than what a zf5 can give, that an I dont like how zf5s shift. a t18/t19 I like how they shift but with a close t19 you lose a useable 1st with a 3.55 final an 37s

PHP:
zf5 4.58 1300:2100:3200:RPM

5.72 1 5 9 13
2.94 2 11 17 26
1.61 3 19 31 48
1.00 4 31 51 77
0.76 5 41 66 101

fuller 6spd 3.55

9.01 1 4 7 11
5.27 2 8 12 19
3.22 3 13 20 31
2.04 4 20 32 49
1.36 5 30 48 73
1.00 6 40 65 99

t19 close 3.55

4.00 1 10 16 25
2.40 2 17 27 41
1.40 3 29 47 71
1.00 4 40 65 99

                        mph

I would like to know more about dif exhaust manifolds and oil coolers put on these motors, like between F*50 and E*50. I noticed that the oil cooler sits lower on the van, if so that means I could put the pass manifold on the drivers side facing front. that alow me to just run a pipe under the front of the motor to a turbo on the pass side
