Its not bad. You'll want a 12 point 9/16 box end wrench, my 6 point didn't work for me. Be careful you don't mangle the gasket as you try to cram the new one into place. It may be necessary to rotate the engine a bit to get to the low point on the cam, though I haven't had to on the only two I've done.

ya i found out the hard way about using the 12point socket last night was pain trying to get the back one until i grabed the 12 point then was nothing to it

Get the cam lobe to the high point!!!
Other than that, it aint bad, just a little tight to get to.
