No problem, this swap worked really well for me - it drove like a dream - vibration free....We paid close attention to the driveline angles.;Sweet

the only issue for me with the 205 is low range isnt low enough, it is only 1.96 to 1. the bw1356 low is 2.6 to 1. plus i dont like having another shaft that can break.

Have you considered just getting a rolling chassis and using the frame and axles? If you get one the right wheelbase you can put your cab and everything right over and switch transmission at the same time. A few years ago I bought a 1990 f250 with a 7.3 idi zf 5 speed 4x4 with a missing rear axle and no title for 500.

If you are looking for a little lift(2.5-3") the install of a front D60 would be quite simple. ORU(off road Unlimited) and SKY(sky manufacturing) make a RSK(reverse shackle kit). It is a mounting point for the front of the front springs. It also moves your front spring shackle to the rear of the front spring for a better ride. But they both add some lift.
O I have a D60 w springs, trac bar and front drive shaft for $850:D

As for the tranfer case and transmission i would find a ZF that was 4wd and a BW1356 or a 4407 and bolt everything in with out custom parts
