Is there anybody out there that has a set of Motor Mounts and Frame Stands for a 1980-1997 Ford with a 460, that they'd be willing to sell? I just got outbid on a complete set from eBay, so, I'm on the hunt again. Can anyone help me out here?

i dont know what your factory engine is but when i converted an 85 f350 from a 351w to a 460 i used the factory 351w frame stands. i just bought a set of 92 f350 460 motor mounts and cut off one stud. the only differance between the small block and the big block motor stands is the small block has one stud and the 460 has 2.

This truck originally hada 400 in it. They're totally different than a 351w arent they?

if you have the engine out take a pic, but i think it will still work. i know the trans will bolt up to a 460.

the 400. the 221/260/289/300/302/351w/351c all use the small block bell housing. the 351m/400m (not 351modified400) 429/460 all use the big block bellhousing. i have a 78 bronco c6 transmission (factory bolted to a 400) bolted to my 460. same bell housing.
also there is no such thing as a 351modified400, its either a 351midland or a 400midland. (thats what i mean "not 351modified400")

I have never heard the "M" motors refered to as midland motors. They were always refered to as modified
