So I've got a set of Alcoa's on the way and need to outfit them with center caps and lug nuts.

Will the 4.7" tall centercaps fit over the rear hub? Or will I have to go with the 6"? I suppose I could git off my butt and take a wheel off to measure um?

I've decided not to use the Alcoa lug nut system. I don't like the idea of plastic lugnut covers. Which always seem to disappear, if you have to change a tire on the side of the road. @ $2.50 ea. A semi blowing by @ 65 will cost a guy 20 bux.

So Imna go with either Gorilla or McGard lug nuts. Do I need a duplex lugnut for aluminum wheels, or will a standard 60 degree lugnut suffice?

I'm ordering my centercaps from SW Wheel.

They list 2 covers for our years. The 2167 is 5.87"-(6") and the 3167 is 4.7"

Will the shorter cap fit over the rear hub?
