    That has been my experience as well. When my 86 F250 was still TTB, the close proximity of the big filter to the pumpkin made me kinda nervous… but after Dana 60 swapping it, there are now no clearance issues

    My turbo’d truck is of course much different, being a Hypermax… but fwiw 17 psi max @1200 EGTs, 80 mph foot on the floor from 0, with Russ injectors set to 2100 psi, and Moose Diesel Junior Pump, 6.0 PSD air filter system, Holley Blue lift pump, R&D return rails and manual fuel selector valve.

    Yes, you’re right. Have to start somewhere. I did adjust the timing, doesn’t smoke quite as bad, still has a bit of a stutter when you get on it at low RPMs. The engine sounds silky smooth, but the exhaust sounds rough… It does have a glass pack on it

    Mine revs to 3300ish, I believe that is stock. Don’t quote me on this, but I think they can do a 3800 RPM governor if you want it
