That's a bs claim. I've heard of & seen videos of ppl runnin up the 15 on stock head bolts. U must be mistakin it for the 6.9 idi, but even with that u mostly can't do much over 7-10psi w/o studs, the 7.3 u can do 15-18 psi before studs, 20+ on the 7.3 ur gonna want studs- idi owner
