    yes 6.4 clutch with a custom adapter, custom wiring harness to control the fan clutch using a motorcraft pigtail, instructions, diagrams, cut out templates, hardware and a pwm controller for the fan clutch complete with coolant temp sensor.

    my suggestion is to undo the tie rods from the knuckle and try turning it back and forth. it should be able to turn with little effort. if it takes a lot of effort there is your binding. likely kingpins. could also be gearbox, but generally that is only hard to return to center in one direction

    then your buddy has some major boost leaks. my stage 1 drop in will make 10 psi like nothing, and more if I let it. still breaking in this motor so trying to not be as harsh on it, but last motor built at least 25psi on the same fueling as I have now
