Glad to hear it! Also glad that I upgraded to 4” exhaust when I did the banks kit years ago I am using a diamond eye 4” PSD kit with a muffler. Should be able to just run what I’ve already got now that I have bigger turbo, IP, and injectors.- THSIM9

Not gonna lie I didn’t even notice anything wrong with it. I bought a tensioner and an idler pulley and bolted them on with no issues. The groove almost looked intentional so I left it. I have one. I just pulled 3 random 2 1/16 gauges out for layout. In the dash will be speed, tach, oil pressure, water temp, and volts, the pillar will be pyro, Boost and fuel level.- THSIM9

Anyone have any ideas or information on the best place to put the port for the boost gauge? I’m using a CDD intercooler and V-banded intake manifold and there is no provision for a sender. That’s a good idea. I’ve already removed the cruise control for the same reason. I snuck the coolant overflow in behind my grille so it’s out of the way. This is what I have done with my previous setup. (Banks sidewinder, no intercooler, stock ip and injectors) if I drop to 4th or even 3rd and stay at the higher RPMs I see lower EGT’s while pulling grades for sure.- THSIM9

That’s what I’m thinking as well, I’m actually wondering how much of my lack of power previously, particularly while pulling grades was just the facet pump not keeping up. Especially since it was mounted under the hood, and pulling though the stock FSV.- THSIM9

Did some cleanup and painting on the inside of the front fenders, core support, and battery trays. I also plumbed and mounted my old facet pump to work as a transfer pump from the front tank to the new 38 gallon rear tank. Forgot to take good photos today so you will have to take my word for it...- THSIM9

38 gallon tank installed and plumbed through to the engine bay. Belt drive brackets installed, alternator, vacuum pump, and power steering installed. Still need to install the AC compressor. Pressure washed the frame and everything up front, added some new stick on insulation to the firewall, sprayed everything down with a little black VHT and clear coat, and got the engine back in the frame. Hopefully tomorrow will be return lines, injectors lines, turbo, and the belt drive...- THSIM9
