How is the controller? Is it working correctly?

    12V power for accessories

Or you could use the FSS wire (or radio wire) to power one relay that, then, powers the other relays. That would complicate things, but it's a possibility.

    12V power for accessories

The particular relay that Cubey linked says that it's rated for 85 amps in the description. I don't know what you're planning to power with a relay or your busbar, but just keep that in mind.

    4 speed to ZF5 swap

I agree with Nero here. If you're going to use your truck like this, then I don't see any need to go for the high dollar convertor. If you're going to be towing heavy every so often, then it would probably be a good upgrade. Think of it as insurance. You buy it just in case (the laws aside)...

93 7.3 idk crank no start no smoke from exhaust

In my opinion, the first thing that you need to do is to get it running again, even if it's poorly. To sum this up, no start only, you've replaced the injectors, you've replaced the return lines, you have fuel at the injectors, but no smoke out of the exhaust while turning the engine over with...

“Need help using my DTI 3300s timing meter on my 6.9 IDI.”

Did you get the DTI timing light? If so, there's two buttons on the handle that advance and retard the timing.

    12V power for accessories

One idea is that you could use the FSS wire in the under hood harness on the truck side of the big plug to power the on/off function of your relay. It has to be in there somewhere and it does work with the key.

    EGT questions

That's a pretty steep grade too. Those aren't bad numbers in my opinion.

    EGT questions

If you have any doubts, you could always cut the exhaust in front of the muffler and drive it for a couple of days to see what that does. If it does nothing, you can always use one of the slip over types of clamps and clamp it back together.

    4 speed to ZF5 swap

Ford, at least, did have them. I know that they were on the Windsor line of small blocks. The nose cone was different lengths. Not for the IDIs though. That would be the smartest thing to do.

    Return line question

That's a flared fitting. There's no seal except for the flared end on the steel line. The nut is just to hold the flare tight. You could always cut off the lower end of the steel line that fits inside the lift pimp and put a piece of 3/8" fuel line on that to go up to the filter inlet.

So what did you do with your truck today?

That's gunny. Last Friday, I went to our closest Home Depot. I picked up a couple of 8' 2x4s and they were $3.95 each. That's just about where they were before the plandemic happened.

I find myself saying that almost every day. :frustrate

    G injectors or not

To add to these guys, these days, unless you happen to have a set of OEM injectors, then the code doesn't make a difference. When they are rebuilt, they are set to the rebuilder's preferred specs. That said, if you know that your G code injectors are in good shape, then, by all means, install...

    4 speed to ZF5 swap

:puke: I would add to shift it like a truck, not a race car. My theory is that I don't force mine to shift, I just guide the shifter into the next gear.

    Tach sensor

Well be sure to let us know how it works. It may help someone else in the future. Plus I'm always curious to learn.

    4 speed to ZF5 swap

I sure am. That must be one that I haven't come across yet. All the ones I've seen had hydraulic clutches. I know that some of them were 1983s. They just must have not been early enough.

    Tach sensor

I believe that there should be one. Someone probably cut it off and did the lazy repair.

    IDI marine engine questions

That's how they do marine engines. No antifreeze, just water. Fresh water always gets pumped through the engine from the outside. Some places in northern Florida, at least, do need antifreeze.

    Squawking sound engine lock up?

This makes me suspect the injector pump. Try using the stethoscope on the IP and see what that gives you.

    Someone go get it!!!

To say that I'm in love would be an understatement! I only wish that I had one or two projects done. I'd be sending a message instead of writing this out.

    THSIM9’s 1991 F250 Project

You're lucky. My dad taught me how to change the oil, air filter, check the fluids, and grease the front end. After the front end, he told me that was all he knew. Everything else, I had to learn on my own.

Yes. No computer needed for the ZF5.

Transmission issues- rumble strip & hunting OD

I can see that, but then you'd lose the driveline brake. Unless someone smarter than I am figured out a way to have both.

"Tank" my 91 Crew Cab Dually

No and I had already removed the receiver hitch when I bought the drop bumper from Wes. Now that I think about it, I'm probably wrong in your case. Since you don't have a bed (or body) on your frame, the tank should drop in from the top without any issues. I keep thinking about a whole truck...
