Low Vacuum Pressure Switch
I could be wrong....but I faintly remember a bulletin that told us (mechanics) that the speed sensor was moved from the speedo cable at the trans or transfer case to the diff beginning in '92... So...my bet is on the 'whatever'... In Virginia...during a 'state inspection'...if you are unlucky...- XOLATEM

6.9 fuel economy after turbo add and fuel screw increase
Wait a minute...is your odometer calibrated for miles or kilometers...? How are you calculating your 'miles-per-gallon'...? I am totally ignorant of the instrument panels and guages that are available in Canada... As an aside...I am planning to do the same thing you did...put an 093 on a 6.9...- XOLATEM

So what did you do with your truck today?
Yep...that sure is definitely an FMX. Last decendant of the Cruiseomatic series that Ford used for many a moon...the AOD and AODE have a similar geartrain but more modernized. I used to love to build those units because other guys did not want to... They were real sensitive to...- XOLATEM

I sympathize with you Mr. Frankenwrench...electronic components wear out without a lot of warning and cause untold problems and misery... Some vehicles have 'factory authorized' problems and driveability issues straight out of the gate...and the dealerships are saddled with trying to make...- XOLATEM

I agree...although I firmly believe that mechanics...the majority of them, deserve to make a decent living as good or better than those that 'work' in a comfy, climate-controlled, air purified office...the prices on parts seem to me to represent only the fact that you 'gotta have them' in order...- XOLATEM

Anyone swap back to throttle cable?
I was thinking about a possible 7.3 PS swap into my truck recently because a wrecked truck showed up on the radar but now I know definitely NOT... Anyone swap back to throttle cable?
Hold my beer... Don't tell me that I can't do at least SOMETHING...even if it is just a cable that works a potentiometer that makes a recording of a blown, injected, Top Fuel Hemi making a four second pass down the track...louder in proportion to the throttle opening... DB2 Fuel Intake Thread
That happened to me on a crankshaft...I sent it to be checked and I had previously put it in the block and put the timing chain and sprockets on it to check out the cam phasing...I left the crank sprocket on the crank and handed it over...did not come back. It was a Ford Motorsports timing...- XOLATEM

Looks like according to the size of the load you shoud be good for a while...sorry....had to say that... On the trailer...does it have a name...? I would name it... 787986F1-2-350 because it was put together from three donor trucks... I feel sorry for the F-350 that is sitting around...- XOLATEM
