Power Steering Pump
Something I've read about (I don't have hydroboost) is that if you made the swap but didn't swap in the PEDAL from the HB setup then the pin for the actuator rod will be in the wrong spot. Expected boost
My wastegate is just unplugged and not wired shut. 13-14psi aftercooled boost WOT almost anywhere doing anything in the higher gears. Gets up to 15 when my slip joint is freshly packed with RTV. That's were I have mine, too. I didn't want to bother welding the thin SS so I just drilled it, tapped it gently and set the 1/8 NPT with RTV. No issues after years.- The_Josh_Bear

Supply fuel line from fuel filter housing to injection pump
Oh good I'm not the only one... I'm pretty sure I had to burn mine out with a propane torch at least on one side, about a decade ago. Cause at some point I was gonna warp or scrape up the inside of the fitting so bad that it wouldn't seal after the surgery anyway! Worked well.- The_Josh_Bear

Thank you sir! I've read a bunch of fast fill mod write-ups but never remembered what they did for the vent after using the roll-over valve. That should NOT be happening. What a very strange thing... my guess is IP, but you never want that to be the case with a brand new one. :backoff I know you know this, but the cold advance solenoid is separate from the high idle solenoid, so there are two different things happening at the same...- The_Josh_Bear

Hybrid factory turbo collector to Banks turbo, ideas please.
Sounds like you have the Banks up-pipes? That's a good start. @IDIoit makes a sweet up-pipe for the 093. Maybe he could sell you just the lower 2/3'rds of one and you weld the top adapter to it yourself? No matter what you do you're welding something, be it upper or upper and lower + bellows...- The_Josh_Bear

Ac newb questions
I live in North Bend, WA, about 50 mins from Puyallup. I've never had working A/C in my pickup since I bought it(17ish years!) but someday I'll get around to it. When I do, yes the A/C on hot days will be nice. But besides it being for the poor kiddos in the car seats with low air flow, honestly...- The_Josh_Bear

Oil feed line adapter
Yes that port is for the OEM oil pressure sender. It's useless as the dash gauge is just a dummy on/off switch, but that's what the port is for. I have that same setup on the factory Ford turbo kit I put on my 89. I highly suggest getting a real gauge and putting the sender down on the block in...- The_Josh_Bear

Leaking valve covers
Did you remember those wide triangle washers that spread the load at each bolt hole? If not, that'll do it. Also if over-tightened the washers will bow and you'll want to flip them over when you go to re-tighten them so they aren't squishing the covers funny. (or put in a vice/hammer to...- The_Josh_Bear

12V power for accessories
Even better to fuse each individual circuit after they leave the buss bar. That's also how they do it from the factory so the maximum amount of circuit is protected, and has one place to find those fuses.- The_Josh_Bear

Injection pump time
That's new AFAIK, he had an outfit in Oregon he sent them to for years and years. They did a great job, too, I'm running a stock reman from them and they even let me max out the fuel screw without affecting the warranty.
